We are asked to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 disease. Many states are under stay at home orders from the state's governors.
Methods that the public can do to help flatten the curve is to wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing, practice social distancing, keep gatherings to 10 people or less, eliminate unnecessary traveling, go to the grocery store once a week for essentials, etc.
Proper medical supplies that are needed for our front line medical professional are in high demand. In most cases, those supplies are dwindling fast.
This DIY video will show you how to make a N95 mask. The process is very simple and takes about 15 minutes to make. The material that is used is from a very specific air filter that you can buy at any hardware store.
The mask does require a template. You can find the link to the template here:
I have several front line medical professionals that are my clients and this is just one of the few ways that I am helping my clients during this unprecedented time.
Please share this post to everyone you know! This will help flatten the curve and help protect our front line healthcare workers.
